This canvas was painted when playing with a group of three mini canvases. The moody depth of colour contrasted with lighter highlights made the artist think of autumn and spring colliding. The brightness of spring and lighter days and the time of moving into winter with less light following on from autumn. What do you see and feel when looking at this piece?
