This dream like piece uses colour to explore what transition is about. It was painted at a time of leaving one thing and moving on to another.
 
This was completed after just over a year of painting, thinking of not just what transition brings, but what has been experienced before the change occured. Some of these thoughts have been written on the side of the canvas, giving a slightly hidden reflection that can be enjoyed when looking more intently at the piece.
